Pipe Clamp Seals & Gaskets

Clamps are used to fix piping systems into place during assembly.
Gaskets are used as insulation material to prevent clamps from deforming the pipe during installation and to prevent the noise due to vibrations in the pipe system due to the gaps that may be formed.
Generally, EPDM- and PVC-based gaskets are preferred. Especially due to its low UV&Ozone resistance, PVC wears out very quickly in outdoor environments.
Although EPDM gaskets are very durable, restrictions have been imposed in some countries, primarily due to the fact that they are not recyclable
Our TPE-based CNT-PCG (Pipe Clamps Gasket) product was designed with the needs of the clamp sector in mind. TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material easily absorbs vibrations and sounds thanks to the rubber phase in its structure. On request, non-flammability can be provided in accordance with the DIN 4102 standard. Thanks to its high UV & Ozone resistance, it is long-lasting even in outdoor environments.
Our product, registered with the patent number 236/255 at the Turkish Patent Institute as a result of our R&D studies, the gaskets can be attached to the clamps easily and do not fall out of the clamp until assembly.
