Due to the increasing number of catering companies, the use of Insulated Meal Containers is rapidly increasing for the hygienic distribution of food without losing their temperature.
To maintain the food temperature inside the containers, our customers choose CNT Conta TPE-based gaskets on their containers' lids.
Due to their low permanent deformation, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) materials are preferred.
After the gaskets are extruded, they are welded end to end to ensure seamless sealing.
Since it is highly resistant to chemicals and detergents, no deformation occurs during the washing and cleaning of the containers.
